Refund Policy

For many years, we have been providing their top editing and proofreading services to their clients by maintain their quality standards.

The potential factor of choosing The Precise Help is that we don’t compromise on the quality at any level and if for any reason, our client faces dissatisfaction with our quality of work then refund can be processed.

Our policy of refund provides a chance to our client to request for the effective refund, upon not meeting the expectation. However, We hold very rare cases of refund in comparison with greater satisfaction rate.

For refund to be processed there are some set of conditions that should be met:

• The request of refund should be made at our customer support email within 14 days of order delivery.
• Client must provide valid reasoning and issues with evidence about why they are entitled to that refund, that too should be within 14 days of deliver
• If client is not fully satisfied with the work, you have a chance to request free revision, upon action we assign the order to another expert to get the job done to meet client’s expectation.
• Client will be provided with complete refund if they cancel the order before its assigning to any our expert. In vice versa, the refund will not be processed if request has been made after it is assigned to our expert.
• Client cannot place refund request or cancel if the order has been delivered or completed. Only considerable factor in this case is the quality issue and late delivery.
• If client has mistakenly paid twice for the same order, immediately reach out to our support team to avoid challenges like its assigning to expert.
• Our clients are not allowed to receive chargebacks, We strictly prohibits the chargeback. To resolve any dispute, our clients are requested to reach out our support team who are available 24/7.
• If any case charge is done, the client will be marked as fraudulent on our system and strict actions will be taken against this agreement breach.
• The processing time for the refund is 14 business days.
